Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Kakao, Overwatch, and League of Legends we generally offer no refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not yet received our coaching service, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after coaching has started are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

How we deliver our service

You can use our automated ordering system to choose which type of coaching you want. After you have made your selection, you may check out and provide us with your Kakao and email. If you need support before you buy, please contact us through Kakao so we can help you 카카오톡:RATS79.

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Woo Commerce with your order details. We will contact you through Email or Kakao within 48 hours(usually less than 1 hour) to coordinate the delivery of the coaching service to you. Services are delivered through Kakao, Overwatch and League of Legends.
